About this course

This course is focused on cognitive behavioral health and how you can make use of it during your recovery process. Cognitive Behavioral Health is the method of using short, goal focused interventions and strategies to change the way we think. It helps us learn why we think and feel the way we do and how we can grow with these thoughts and feelings.  The modules will cover basic tips, tricks, and other useful information related to cognitive behavioral health strategies. Cognitive restructuring is a type of therapy that is often used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and REBT. It features four steps that help you restructure your thoughts. This module teaches you about restructuring in two lessons. One lesson's focus is identifying thoughts that need restructured and the second focuses on how you can restructure those thoughts.
